The Tourism Summer School at the University of the Balearic Islands invites to the First International Summer Week in Tourism. During six days, participants will combine academic and professional lectures with leisure and visits to tourism firms and to the World Heritage Site of Serra de Tramuntana. This event will be held June 22-27, 2015, in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

What does the program aim?

The program aims to provide participants with the exposure to some of the most relevant topics in Tourism Management in Majorca, the main tourism destination in Europe. The topics covered will be addressed in-depth, both from the academics’ and practitioners’ perspective, complemented with on-site opportunities to explore the Balearic hospitality models.

Whom is it aimed to?

The First International Summer Week is aimed to University students enrolled in programs of Tourism, Business, Management, Economics, Hospitality, and others interested in hot topics in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry.
